约翰·亨利·梅利曼，美国著名比较法学家，美国斯坦福大学斯韦策荣休讲座教授及艺术系荣休教授。纽约大学法律科学博士及法学硕士，圣母大学法律博士。1953年起任教于斯坦福大学法学院，1960年起任教授，1971年起任讲座教授。1980年起兼任斯坦大学艺术系教授。主要研究领域为比较法学及艺术与法律。
